Discover FACT – Allmakes 4×4’s first Feedback, Assistance and Complaints System is LIVE!Posted on: July 1, 2013 by charles
Allmakes 4×4 are constantly seeking to improve ourselves on customer buying experience as well as the quality of customer service. Over the years we have successfully launched various systems for customers including WARP, WebCat, PR2Cat on the Allmakes 4×4 Trade Portal, now we are please to introduce the new FACT system, specially developed to handle with customers feedback, assistance and complaints.
It means from now on, Allmakes 4×4 customers can file complaints and send feedback to us online. We promise to respond within a certain time frame and customers will be able to see the whole communication logs from opening the complaint ticket to closing the ticket. From urgent assistance of orders, delivery and packaging issues, to even speak to our MD and complain about a specific issue, customers are given either a 2 hour maximum response time promise for urgent investigations or a one-day time promise for getting an answer for other specific issues.
To start, customers need to log on to the Allmakes 4×4 Trade Portal using the Trade Portal username and password. Please note: If you have already logged in the Trade Portal, you need to log out and log in again to be able to see this feature. For Allmakes Shadow users, we are now working to integrate the FACT system into Shadow and that will be introduced at a later stage.
For customer who prefer having a chat with our friendly staff instead of going online, you are more than welcome to do so because FACT doesn’t replace the way we normally communicate over issues. The only difference is, our staff will log your request for you and we’ll make sure internally we deliver our promises and solve the problems.
